The Influence of HTS DC Cable Structure on Critical Current

In the context of the new energy revolution, the proportion of electrical energy in the consumer terminal is increasing. HTS DC transmission technology not only has the advantages of low transmission loss and high current density, but also is a safe and environmentally friendly green technology. At present, the HTS DC cable has a variety of structures, but there is still no clear standard and principle for the selection of cable structure for specific project. In this paper, the relationship between the structure of the HTS DC cable and the critical current of several typical structures is compared and analyzed.
