New multipage teletext decoders

Some approaches to multipage decoders and their characteristics are described along with various transmission and operating methods. Two novel decoder ICs are then described, which use different techniques to achieve multipage capability. One decoder uses the background memory controller technique while the other uses the memory pointer technique.<>
