People has started relying more on online reviews and rating provided by other users, before buying a product or availing a service. Almost 84% of the people use these reviews to take the decision. Here comes the problem of fake reviews and opinion spams, where people review and rate products they havent used and hotels they havent checked in. These kind of reviews tamper heavily with the business model and reputation of the provider. So it has become an important task to detect and remove fake reviews.
