In wireless communication there is limited radio spectrum and efficient utilization of radio range is turning into a significant issue as an ever increasing number of remote frameworks are being produced to work in swarmed range groups and which are limited. Cognitive radio (CR) is a technology of remote correspondence. In CR a handset can insightfully distinguish which correspondence directs are being used and which channels are not, and quickly move into empty correspondence channels while keeping away from possessed ones. This paper considers the study of performance of Secondary user with primary user transmission in a Cognitive radio. The channel/subcarrier access is based on spectrum sharing rather than spectrum sensing, so the proposed method can be compared with any of the spectrum sensing with random access methods to show that the proposed method has better performance than the other method.
