Survey of Load Balancing Method Based on DPDK

This paper introduces a tool suitable for rapid packet processing – DPDK and two frameworks for packet processing based on DPDK. Then we surveyed and analyzed a number of traditional load balancing algorithms. After that we expounded the different ways to classify traffic according to different rules under DPDK. With respect to RSS technology, we compared several hash algorithms used in RSS technology. Finally, we introduced a dynamic load balancing method.
