An Analytical Study of Use of Knowledge Sharing Methods in Education

Information and knowledge are the key components of higher education systems. The information and knowledge resides in individual in terms of tacit knowledge and also resides in documents as explicit knowledge. The growth of higher education systems depends on how information and knowledge is managed, distributed and shared effectively. Now a day's quick distribution/sharing of knowledge and information is possible using information technology methods. This paper illustrates different methods based on information technology used for knowledge sharing in education systems. These methods are available over internet. This paper also focuses study of faculties age verses use of knowledge sharing methods in education systems.
