Comparison of 3-Phase 3-Wire Shunt Active Power Filters through Current Control Topologies

This paper presents comparison of different current control topology for the three phase three wire shunt active power filter with six switch voltage source converter. The comparison of four methods namely, constant power theory, Sinusoidal current control topology (SSC), Fryze current control theory, synchronous reference frame theory (SRF) is carried out in this paper. All these methods are discussed and simulated in MATLAB/Simulink for different supply conditions.
