Characterization of different types of photovoltaic cells using remote virtual system

In this paper, we present a remote lab for photovoltaic panel characterization and identification. The experimental system includes different photovoltaic panels connected to a virtual instrumentation and variable load. It allows students to obtain different characteristic curves. A survey has been conducted to find out how students evaluate the educational experience.
