Traction Load Appearance Nonparametric Detection

The paper proposes nonparametric detection of current spectrum change in the traction power grid. If spectral components in an operating measurement cycle exceed corresponding ones in a reference cycle then the decision is that there is a load otherwise there is no load. The number of correct solutions is 90% from the total number of solutions.
