Transparent Metamaterial with Powerful Wave Manipulation and Large Light Transmittance

Here we report our recent progress on the design of transparent metamaterials, which can serve as low microwave scatter with broad bandwidth. The meta-atoms are made of the indium tin oxide (ITO) film with moderate sheet resistance, so that a large light transmittance of the proposed metamaterial has been achieved at the same time.
