Time Performance of large area 20 inch MCP-PMTs

20 inch MCP-PMT with high detection efficiency has been successfully studied, which has met the requirement for JUNO and get the 75% order of the JUNO-PMT. The PMT mass production line was operated in 2016 and NNVT has already started shipping the MCP-PMT from Nanjing to JUNO test site and about 3000 MCP-PMTs have been transported. There are some parameters changed in mass-produced PMT compared to the prototype. By coating the MCP surface and reversing the voltage across the two MCPs, QE and DE and P/V increase but with side effects: TTS, rise time and fall time increase.
