Design of Product Quality Process Control System Based on Fuzzy Logic

PID controller has been widely used in industrial control systems, and its control ability directly affects the quality of production processes and products. In this paper, fuzzy logic is introduced into the parameter tuning of PID controller, and a product quality process control system based on fuzzy logic is designed. One process refers to a set of interrelated or interacting activities that transform input into output. Finally, the process control system of this design is used to simulate the production process of the brake forceps. The experimental results show that the proposed design scheme can effectively guarantee the quality of the product.
