Design of Remote Multi-feedback System for Low-Temperature Distribution Box Based on Mobile Network Platform

In order to study the remote monitoring and control of the "the last kilometer" low-temperature distribution link of the cold chain logistics of agricultural products, a prototype platform of the low-temperature distribution box which is complementary to the semiconductor refrigeration and the cold storage source is set up. On the basis of the environment control system in the box, taking STM32 as the control core, this paper designs a remote multi-feedback system in low-temperature distribution box, which consists of lithium battery, power supply voltage regulator, control core, serial touch screen, active crystal, reset circuit, communication circuit, GSM module and mobile phone mobile terminal. Through the hardware circuit design and the software task programming, realized the data information of the environment temperature, relative humidity, the temperature of the pulp, the surface temperature of the cold storage plate, the location of the distribution box and so on, and the information of the refrigeration compressor, the cooling pump of the semiconductor hot end, the semiconductor refrigeration film, the axial fan and so on have been remote monitored and early warned. The above design can provide reference for the research of remote monitoring system for cold chain logistics low-temperature distribution equipment.
