Research on Machining Technology for Fatigue Fracture of Burrs on Cross-Drilled Holes of Master Cylinder

In this paper, fluid impact-based fatigue fracture method is used to remove burrs. Mathematical models of flow field and burr are established, and modeling for flow field at cross-drilled holes on a machined part is conducted. Based on situation of burrs generated during actual machining process, actual burrs are simplified and a corresponding mechanical model is established, on which a finite-element analysis is completed to obtain optimal technical parameters for machining technology for realizing fatigue fracture of burrs on cross-drilled holes of the master cylinder and thus improve efficiency and quality of machining of brake master cylinder.
