Modeling and Simulation Analysis of a Special Shaped Arch Bridge

In view of the actual situation and construction process of a special shaped arch bridge across the Hailan River, Yanji City, the general finite element program software Midas is used to establish the whole bridge model and the local model of the joint section of the arch beam respectively for simulation calculation and analysis. The stress of the main beam, the stability of the arch rib and the local stress concentration in the joint section of the arch beam are calculated and analyzed. The research content of this paper is helpful to the promotion of steel arch beam composite system in bridges and provides a theoretical basis for the operation and maintenance of bridges in the later stage.
