Fractional Derivatives modeling dielectric properties of biological tissue

Mathematical modeling of the biological parameters of biological tissue involves the analysis of derivatives of arbitrary order, on the one hand there is a method of finite differences in the time domain FDTD, which starts from the discretization of Maxwell's rotational equations and on the other hand Numerical methods of fractional derivatives have been developed.
