Method of Information Flows Engineering and Resource Distribution in 4G/5G Heterogeneous Network for M2M Service Provisioning

In this paper we have enhanced the architecture of 4G mobile network through adding a gateway responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality of service (E2E QoS). We have developed and introduced a method for engineering of information flows and distribution of time and frequency resources of heterogeneous 4G/5G networks. This method unlike existing methods considers priorities of M2M/loT traffic and allows achieving significant increase in quality of service for IoT flows by leveraging various clusterization, prioritization and load balancing techniques. The introduced gateway runs this method ensures high end-to-end quality of service.
