Simulation model of the microwave-vacuum drying process of selected fruits and vegetables

The article analyzes the automatic control of the microwave-vacuum drying process of selected fruits and vegetables. The method of designing a closed control system using modeling and computer simulation is presented. Object and control system models have been developed. The essence of their operation is presented in block diagrams and charts. The correctness of operation of the created models was verified by computer simulation and results were compared to the known forms of behavior of the mapped real object.
