Developing and Modeling the Units of a Pneumatic Conveying System

Automatic process control presupposes periodic control to determine the parameter process. For concentrators and metallurgy plans, the parameter to control is the composition of raw materials, fluxes, reagents, intermediate and finished products, tailings, and effluents. Data on their chemical composition is retrieved by sampling and analyzing representative samples. The paper discusses the optimization of controlling the robotics in a pneumatic conveying system by means of computer simulation. We have developed the structural diagram of a pneumatic conveying system based on using a versatile robotic station. The paper presents the functional diagram and the developed functional algorithm of such a station designed for building pneumatic systems for conveying technological materials in containers. We have developed the schematic diagram and software for the microprocessor station control system. The conveying of containers with technological materials is done by a system consisting of standardized stations. The stations consist of standardized and interchangeable units. The stations are controlled by a universal control system.
