Automated Induction Heating System for Diffusion Welding

The article presents the development of an induction heating automated control system Φ the diffusion welding installation. The area of epy automated system application is the processes of forming permanent joints in space industry. The automated system is designed to control the induction generator, providing heating and cooling of the product during diffusion welding. The system provides communication with the operator's panel OVEN IP320 enabling the operator to monitor the welding process. The panel screen displays a temperature change graph of the process, as well as the current temperature of the part and the power output from the generator. The operator panel is connected to the controller via the RS-485 interface. The system also provides a possibility of adjusting the parameters of the regulating devices, which makes it possible to carry out the welding technology processing. It is possible to save the results of the welding in the form of graphic and text files.
