Automated System of Analysis of Reasons and Consequences of Defects of Mechanical Engineering Products

In modern mechanical engineering the issues of the automation of technological processes and the automated preparation of production remain relevant. At the same time the question of the quality of production and development of the automated control systems accompanying the quality management processes demands additional consideration. It belongs to the solution of tasks of the organization of production, management of a quality management system of a machine-building enterprise, applied techniques and tools. In case of the right decision it is possible to achieve the maximum quality of products with the minimum time and financial expenditure. At the same time, the quality management process of machine-building production also can and shall be automated and be considered as a stage of technological preparation of production. The process of managing the quality of products can be presented as a system including subsystems of potential defects, their possible reasons and probable consequences. In this article the new offered technique of the system analysis of the revealed defects differing in use of the methodology of structural modeling of IDEF0, which was earlier widely applied to modeling of business processes, is described.
