Development of Automated Identification Technology Objects During Their Movement Along Not Typed Routes Using Multi-Code Labeling

The article proposes an approach of multi-code labeling of industrial products to increase the reliability of automatic identification systems when transporting them during stochastic movement. A practical problem is described, the solution of which is directed at the technology being developed. The problem of product identification during stochastic displacement is considered on the example of OJSC “Vyksa Steel Works”. The definition of multi-code labeling is given. The classical methods of data integrity control are considered and the possibilities of their use for generation of multi-code labels are considered. The analysis of the method of checksums for the creation of multi-code labels was carried out and an algorithm for their generation was developed. The program implementation of the developed algorithm is carried out. The results of the work are implemented in the warehouse of packaging materials of the “Group of Companies Global33” company of the Vladimir region for the organization of automatic traceability of the rolls of air-bubble film along the conveyor line.
