Comparison Among Impedance Bridges for AC Resistance Measurements

This paper describes ac resistance comparisons among impedance bridges in operation at Inmetro: the four-terminal-pair coaxial bridge and the digital bridge. This work has the objective to better characterize the digital bridge at ac resistance comparisons, especially with standards of different nominal values. The results obtained indicate that the digital bridge is in agreement with the coaxial one within parts in 10⁶.
