Effective Business Strategy Decision Making Method Using Fuzzy Logic

On the other hand business is the much needed phenomena through which a nation can reach the top of the development. Technology is helping to spread modern business strategy in many ways, as a result many dynamic businesses are growing faster. In this research a fuzzy based model is proposed, which is helpful for decision making criteria. Through this model the surprise level of a customer is measured which will be helpful for business strategy maker.
