Sensorless Adaptive Sliding Mode FCS–MPC Using Extended State Observer for PMSM Systerm

In order to improve the control performance of three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) system, a novel adaptive sliding mode finite control set model predictive control (FCS-MPC) strategy is proposed. And based on the arc-hyperbolic sine function, the speed extended state observer(ESO) is designed. ESO is used to construct the speed and the back electromotive force observer of PMSM system to realize the real time estimation of the motor speed and the back electromotive force fast and accurately; The load ESO and the new adaptive sliding mode control method are combined as the speed control strategy to simplify the design of the speed controller and improve the robustness of the system on the basis of the stability of the system. The FCS-MPC strategy based on fast selection of vector is used to reduce the electromagnetic torque ripple and reduce the complexity and computation of the algorithm. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional adaptive sliding mode FCS-MPC strategy, new control strategy can ensure reliable and stable operation of PMSM system, reduce the electromagnetic torque ripple of the system, which makes the system have good tracking speed, anti-interference and robustness.
