Layer 3 VPNv4 Traffic Balancing Mechanism Scenario

The present paper underlines the purpose of IP/MPLS (Internet Protocol/Multiprotocol Label Switching) networks: implementing algorithms that can create equilibrium in the traffic that flows through the communication equipment to broadly develop the world of information. The use of Layer 3 MPLS VPNv4 (Virtual Private Network version 4) offers scalability and the ability to separate the network into smaller ones. The contributions brought by the paper underline the fact that in MPLS networks there is the possibility of coordinated provisioning, automatic bandwidth allocation for the MPLS tunnels and an enhanced protection.
