Integrated Guidance and Control for Semi-Strapdown Missiles

The traditional integrated guidance and control (IGC) method only considers the coupling between the attitude control loop and the guidance loop. When intercepting a target with high maneuver or high traversal speed, the semi-strapdown missiles needs large attitude adjustment to get enough maneuver and the seeker is likely to lose the target This paper considers the coupling between the attitude control and the coordinator stable tracking. First, the IGC model containing the guidance loop, attitude control loop and the coordinator stable tracking loop is established. The uncertainties of aerodynamic parameters are also considered. Then, a back-stepping IGC method is proposed based on the active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC). Finally, a numerical simulation is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed controller. Simulation results show that the coordinator has good stable tracking performance, and the missile has quick attitude response and small miss distance.
