Within this research paper an efficient vertical handoff conclusion is planned. A refined, intelligent Associative Rule Mining (ARM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) based technique is mandatory to execute the vertical handoff system in subsequent generation wireless networks to create an valuable service which reduces handoff delay and convolution.
