Sustainability for the Holistic Ecosystem: Regulation Guide Designing for the Prevalent Technology Development of China Emerging Communications: Big Data, IoT, 5G etc.

The remembrance of the deeds of past paths is the best guide for the future. This paper is a result of learned lessons from the past four decades (1978 to 2018) in the China communication fields in regard to its huge success and progress. Actor-Network Theory (ANT) will be used and Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) to evaluate the nine areas which have acted as the main successful factors. Through telecommunications and internet connections, the world has become as interconnected as a family. Holistic ecosystem regulation will prevent violation of the healthy developments of new technologies. This article seeks to present guidelines for the regulations which will benefit the sustainability for future and several worlds’ experiences are included in this study. Given that we pay for what we buy, the price paid for the new technology development needs to be balanced with what it will be achieved. Balance is the key for world’s holistic ecosystem. When you already stand on the top of the world, what will be next? The best way is that you take care of your neighbors’ needs. This is China’s Silk Road building from land and sea to support others.
