Teaching by peers in electronics lab and its impact on students’ motivation

This paper shows how practical knowledge of technical subjects can be enriched by involving students in their own teaching tasks. Collaborative teaching in electronics engineering is explored with tutored laboratory practices carried out by peers (tutoring students). This study analyzes the motivation of both tutored students and tutors while improving their skills.
