A Spectrum Allocation Algorithm Based on Maximum System Capacity in TVWS

In this paper, a Spectrum Allocation Algorithm based on Maximum System Capacity(MSCSA) in TV white space (TVWS) is proposed. The algorithm aims at maximizing the capacity of the entire CR system by optimizing the allocation of white space resources, which is based on the channel conditions between different cognitive users and base stations. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the algorithm are verified by simulation.
