Heterogeneous Network Selection Algorithm Based on Electric Service-Feature-Aware

Aiming to address the different QoS requirements of the power service and security demand prescribed in "security whole scheme in power secondary network", we put forward the concept of resource partition, which assign physical isolation pool of resource for the precision control service, general control service and other general service, ensure the isolation of the service and improve the quality of service. A heterogeneous network selection algorithm based on service-feature-aware is proposed for the present situation of various wireless networks for electric power communication, the algorithm considers the network characteristics and service characteristics, it is simple and the complexity is low, which is helpful to reduce the delay of network processing and has important significance to the power application.
