Design and Realization of Mobile Video Surveillance Car Based on ARM9 and Linux Platform

In order to realize the real-time monitoring of the narrow space and unsafe places, a mobile video surveillance trolley is designed so that the mobile trolley can replace a person to perform a specific job. At the same time, in order to reduce the occupancy rate of CUP, the system uses hardware compression based USB camera for video information acquisition, build MJPG-streamer video streaming server to complete the video data acquisition and transmission. Tests show that the system video data transmission is stable, smooth video images, reducing the delay. The car has low power consumption, low cost, flexible use and other characteristics, can be used in coal mines, environmental exploration and other dangerous places.
