Design of the Aerial Work Robot with Self-propelled

I343 recent years, There are more and more maintenance tasks for high-altitude operating equipment with the development of high-rise buildings and the improvement of social infrastructure. In this paper, an Aerial Work Robot with Self-propelled is designed which using the diesel engine as a power with wheeled walking mechanism to achieve robotic walking in complex road. The driving system of the robot uses the hydraulic drive through the hydraulic pump system to provide the required pressure and flow. The lift mechanism of the robot adopts the two three-stage structure, and the end of the implementing agencies can be sent to the working position. At the end of the robot, a manipulator is operated to perform the maintenance work by the remote control of the ground operator. The Aerial Work Robot with Self-propelled can replace the high-altitude operation platform to a certain extent to achieve the maintenance tasks of routine projects such as municipal engineering, and the robot can also reduce the labor intensity of employees effectively, reduce the probability of accidental fall accidents and improve the automation level of maintenance work.
