Automatic Test System of Aviation Cable Based on CKT-1175

Aviation cable's test is the key technology to ensure its assembly quality. In view of the low capacity and high miss/mistake rate caused by traditional testing methods such as manual inspection in most of the aviation company, a cable automatic test system based on CKT-1175 tester is presented in this paper to solve the CKT tester's problems, e.g. the manipulation process is complex, and the remote control function cannot be realized. In this system, the remote control software is developed to realize efficient and accurate control and detection of the large capacity aerial cable remotely; moreover, the test results can be obtained in real time. Finally, a civil aircraft assembly cable test is taken as an example to validate the automatic cable test system.
