Failure Feature Extraction of Analogue Active Filter Based on Attenuation Sensitivity

I186 is vital to extract high quality failure samples of analogue active filter. An effective method is proposed to extract failure samples of analogue active filter in this paper. The frequency of the input signal is selected carefully to make sure that the input frequency beyond the cutoff frequency of the filter. Because input signal is attenuated partially by the suppression of the filter, output signal is sensitive to the parameter changing of the failure components. The spike voltage of key nodes is measured to build failure samples of the filter. The experimental results show that high quality failure samples with failure feature can be extracted efficiently.
