Producing university vocational curricula: A qualitative and sociological analysis

This paper aims at showing the first results of a sociological approach to study the way the curriculum of the Msc in computing is evolving. Both a curricular and a qualitative approach are considered for the study of the recontextualisation process of this curriculum. The starting point of this study is a project, lead in a partnership between Qatar University and Lumière University of Lyon, which aims at improving this training processes to better prepare students for local and global marketplace.
