JAVA-GUI Package for Calculating Electrical Properties of Double Quantum Well Structure for End-User

A JAVA based GUI package is developed for the user to compute the transmission coefficient and eigenenergy of double quantum well structure. the package consists of a screen where graphical representation will be available for transmission coefficient characteristics, based on the input parameters. Well width, barrier width and mole fraction in barrier material are considered as input, and based on the transmittivity, eigenstates will be provided at the output boxes. Graphical representation will speak about the lower input energy value for which resonant tunneling becomes possible.
