Research on Anti-Backlash Control Strategy of Asymmetric Dual-Motor Driving System Based on a Small Power Auxiliary Motor

In order to improve the stability accuracy of the weapons control system in infantry fighting vehicle and combined with the actual modified situation of the gun control system, a modification method of the asymmetrical double motor driving system based on a small power auxiliary motor is proposed. In this paper, the feasibility of the asymmetric dual-motor driving system is proved by a detailed analysis of the double motor clearance process. Then, based on the working mode of symmetrical double motor system, the control strategy of asymmetric double motor system is designed. Finally, through the simulation of the asymmetric double motor system in the interference environment, we proved that asymmetrical double motor drive system can improve the stability accuracy of the gun control system effectively.
