Trade Model of SmartGrid Big Data Based on Vector Evaluated Genetic Algorithm

With the development of SmartGrid and innovation of China State Grid, the power generation, delivery, transfer, distribution, usage and dispatch systems are generating large volume of data every day. Meanwhile, power system is a major application filed of big data. Based on the construction of intelligent ceo-city, this paper focuses on the trade model of big data between power system and other systems. First, the source and characteristics of big data in intelligent eco-city are analyzed. Second, the big data trade is modeled as multi-attributes arrange problem. The effect function of the arrangement with multi-attributes is proposed. Finally, the vector evaluated genetic algorithm is employed in the big data trade procedure to optimize the trade result. Thus, a win-win result could be achieved between data owners and data users.
