Automatic Locking Mechanism Design for Lunar Sample Sealing

One of the key tasks of China's lunar exploration project of the third phase is to collect lunar samples and return to earth in uncontaminated state, and to maintain the original state of the lunar samples, ensure the accuracy of the ground data analysis. Through investigation, foreign using manned lunar landing on the moon in the form of the sample container manually seal and lock. According to the characteristics of the unmanned state sampling task in China, a new type of locking mechanism is designed in this paper, actuator as power source of locking mechanism, can be achieved in unmanned state automatically to seal and lock the sample container, to keep the lunar sample under complex mechanics environmental conditions in the earth-moon flight, meet the needs of China's lunar sample task.
