Working Status Evaluation of Dispatcher Considering Impacts of Uncertain Factors

Although the power system is becoming more intelligent, accidents caused by human factors occur frequently in electrical operation. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the working status of the dispatcher. According to the actual situation of power grid dispatching, a status index system of dispatcher is established. Then a working status evaluation model of dispatcher based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed, which can be used as an auxiliary analysis tool for dispatching operation risk and management process. In the proposed model, the impact of factors such as mental state, working ability and working environment on the dispatcher are synthetically considered. According to assessment results, some improvements can be taken to address these significant affecting indicators, which will substantially improve the working status of dispatcher and help to reduce the risk level of the dispatching operation.
