Design and Simulation of DC/DC Converter for Automotive LED Lightening Applications

This paper presents results from the design and simulation verification of DC/DC converter for high-power LED applications, like headlights, fog lights, etc. The schematic is based on boost-converter topology with current control algorithm. The results obtained are suitable to be used in the educational process of the Power Electronics program.
