Features of Designing of a Specialized High-Frequency Ultrasonic Sprayer

Work is devoted to development of ultrasonic sprayers with a vibratory frequency up to 120 kHz. In the course of work the new designs of ultrasonic sprayers which allowed to increase efficiency of process of spraying due to increase in operating frequency of the sprayer and reduction of diameter of the created drops are developed. The developed sprayers are constructed according to two-half-wave and three-half-wave constructive schemes. It is established that two-half-wave USOS sprays water with a productivity up to 3 mI/min and with an average diameter of drops of 13 microns. Three-half-wave USOS sprays water with a productivity up to 5 mI/ min and with an average diameter of drops of 16 microns.
