Integrated Microwave Photonics for Spectral Analysis, Waveform Generation, and Filtering

We review the recent work on developing integrated microwave photonic subsystems in silicon photonics for performing radio-frequency spectral analysis, generating microwave waveforms, and filtering microwave signals.
