Construction and Implementation Research of College Counselors Competency Model

This paper studies the college counselors and draw on the achievements of the research and practical experience of competency theory, to analyze and arrange the competence quality factors of college counselors as basic theory of questionnaire design. Then, the college counselors of five different types if colleges are performed sampling survey. SPSS17.0 is used to analyze the exploratory factor for recovery of data, and the competency model of college counselors with 5 dimensions is established initially. Combined with the principle of structural equation model and the secondary sample, the constructed model gets confirmatory factor analysis according to Amos17. 0, to ensure the rationality of model. Finally, the model is used to propose the countermeasures for the competence quality of college counselors by analysis results.
