About the problem of regulatory activity for computer security of NPP instrumentation and control systems in Ukraine

The short results of the fulfilled researches in the field of computer security of nuclear power plants (NPP) instrumentation and control (I&C) systems are considered in the article. The review of possible cyber threats at different stages of the life cycle was made. The international regulatory framework in area of computer security of NPP I&C systems was analyzed also brief results of its comparison are presented. The protection measures from computer threats and mitigation of cyber attacks, which depend on the degree of computer security, were described. The further plans in the direction of the computer security research and the normative document development are also presented.
