By means of designing "#" shape packing appearance, importing full-automatic strapping machines with preformed edgeboard applier system, building system structure, planning operation process, achieves automatic logistics packaging of entire-pallet stack of cigarette product. After a stable application, the damaged rate of cigarette products in the logistics and transportation link decreased by 12 ten thousand points per quarter, further reduces manpower and time cost that the annual economic loss reduced by more than 5 million 250 thousand yuan.
