Frequency characteristic test of electric servo mechanism based on multitone signal

Aiming at the problem of long test time and low test efficiency in traditional frequency characteristic test, the method of frequency characteristic testing based on Multitone signal is proposed. The full text systematically introduces the basic principle and generating method of Multitone signal. Then, the algorithm of frequency characteristic based on least square fitting is adopted, and the amplitude and phase frequency characteristic curves of the system are obtained through simulation test. In order to solve the problem of simulation test under the condition of keeping the same sampling frequency in the entire sweep range, an improved scheme of piecewise test is designed and applied to the simulation of frequency characteristics of a certain type of electric servos. Finally, the expected effect is achieved. The test time is further shortened, and the efficiency and accuracy of the test are improved.
