Application of self-adaptive TDF-IMC in grinding classification process

Aiming at the characteristics of large delay, large inertia and time-varying parameters of the second pump current control during grinding classification process, this paper proposes an adaptive TDF-IMC. The gain adaptive algorithm is combined with the TDF-IMC. Through on-line identification of the controlled object model's gain parameter, the controlled object model of the IMC controller is corrected. Finally, through simulation experiments, it is verified that the algorithm can achieve stable control for the second pump current, meet the requirements of controller performance in grinding classification process, and lay a foundation for the implementation of mineral processing integrated automation system.
